PRESS STATEMENT: #Africa4Palestine shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of Kuli Roberts

The human rights organization #Africa4Palestine joins South Africans in mourning the loss of a dear friend of our organization and movement – the young activist, actress and friend of Palestine, Nomakula ‘Kuli’ Roberts.
We fondly remember Kuli’s important and fearless support for the oppressed people of Palestine in their struggle against Israeli Apartheid.
Kuli frequently participated in Palestine and international solidarity programs with us and we will always be grateful to her for using her status and platform to further human rights and internationalism. Kuli was a Netflix actress, a TV presenter, a journalist, an author…and a committed activist.
Kuli Roberts left this world too young and too soon, but she also truly left this world a better place. She left her mark.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
